STIMULUS, PART III: THE PLAN TO
RESCUE AMERICA

In early March, President Joe Biden signed into law the third round
of economic stimulus legislation passed by Congress, authorizing
the largest cash infusion yet. With widespread distribution of the
coronavirus vaccination in our crosshairs, this “American Rescue Plan”
stimulus package is designed to jumpstart the economy at the tail end
of the pandemic.
